I saw this fish at my lfs and I was so amazed, its beautiful .. my favorite part is its tongue! I want to own one of these some day

It's a flower horn if im not mistaken. I'm pretty sure they're aggressive and need pretty large tanks. They are really beautiful!

It's a flower horn. I dont think they get as big an oscar, but there aggressive enuff to kick a big ones butt . The ones I have seen were in there own tank

+1, I've never seen a tankmate for this fish at any LFS

yeah this one was alone also.. I did a little searching on the web last night.. I guess they need around a 100-150g tank just for the 1 fish .. and I guess they eat massive amounts of food. .and need to be fed 2-3x a day

I know it is! I'm dead set on it that some day I will have one .. it maybe 10,15,20 years from now but I will have one!
