Can anyony tell me what kind of fish this is.

That looks to me like a Flying Fox (Epalzeorhynchos kalopterus)

maybe a golden striped rasbora? (Rasbora daniconius)

It's either a flying fox or SAE... I always get confused telling the two apart

I say it's a Flying Fox. The SAE has a more jagged black stripe, and the Flying Fox has a straight and smooth one.
