Fish Pimple?

I just noticed a small white bump above the eye of one of my platies. Other fish (2 platies, 6 zebras) look fine.

Tank: 29 gal, 7 weeks old, started with bacteria from established tank
Ammonia: <.25 (working on it)
Nitrite: 0
Nitrate: 10
pH: 7.4

What could it be and what should I do? FYI: this platy is my "oldest" fish and has been in tank for 6 weeks.

Could be popeye

It could just be caused by the ammonia, I had some bumps on a cichlid and they went away after awhile.
