flake food question

i feed my fish mysis shrimp every other day. i was wondering if there are any good flake foods to supplement their diets. I have 2 oc clowns and canary wrasse.

I would look more into a blended mush rather than flakes (flakes tend to produce a higher rate of phosphates).

I was mainly inquiring if there was a dry based food that anyone uses to good affect.

What is this blended mush?

Blended mush is raw unseasoned sea food (clam, shrimp, squid and anything else) purchased from your local grocery and blended. I also add Zoe, Selcon and garlic guard to my frozen for extra nutrition.
