flake vs pellet vs crisps?

I have a 50 Gal convict setup and i really like the Tetracichlid brand foods but which ones would benefit my fish the most. i've tried all 3 and the flake is definitely their favorite. I cant get them to eat the pellets for some reason if anyone would have tips on that i would appreciate that also

Pellets are best. Starve them for 2-3 days then feed pellets.

Omega one, NLS or Hikari as well are the better brands. They need a high quality pellet diet.

Yep. Try and get NLS thera a with the extra garlic. That gets most picky eaters to eat

Starve them for a few days then drop some pellets in.

Petco carries nls and petsmart carries omega 1 i think. But petco carries both

Thanks i just pulled the omega 1 pellets at petsmart and i saw they actually sink. my convicts dont like to get food from the surface so i think that was half my battle because the tetra brand floats
