Floating plants for gouramis?

I just got a Blue Gourami (gold morph) to compliment my Paradise Gourami; so far I haven't seen any aggression between the two, but I wanted to provide some surface cover since I don't have any yet.

I don't have strong lighting or a CO2 system (yet, may get one though); are there any good starter floating plants that don't require a lot of lighting or CO2?

Thanks! I tried mini water lettuce once a couple of years ago, but my dwarf gourami ate all the roots in about a week!

Anacharis. Easy, cheap and grows fast like weed. My dwarf gouramis loved them.
