flow question

Hey guys. I have a 30 Gallon long with a 75 gallon trickle. The only current i have is the stock return pump. I am new to this and I think that the flow is not reaching the far end of the tank. I was wondering of anything that I can do to get this flow happening for the health of live rock and future corals.

I know of powerheads but I have no idea what they are really / how they work. I only know that I think they are for tank flow.

Or a couple of maxijets on both sides crashing at the front middle of the tank. Maybe 600 gph would do it?
