Flukes or Ich? Please Help

I noticed very small whites spots on my clownfish.
They are also scratching on everything. I don't think it's ick or would be covered after a few days.

They are eating and are very active. Same spots on both more like bumps then grains of sand.

It sounds and looks like lymphocystis disease ,
I really don't think its ick as it looks more like pimples
