Fluval 15 flex

About to order my Fluval 15 gallon flex and because of the dimensions its perfect for the stand I have already.

I'm planning on going heavy on plants and scape in general to get a jungle feel.

I need fish recommendations. The water here in texas is pretty hard. It runs 8ph out of the tap.

Any fish from the local pet store will be living in the same ph as you so that shouldn't be a huge concern.
But if its still worrying you... you could do male guppies. They don't need a huge footprint like schooling fish do. If you are doing a jungle style tank you should look into snakeskin guppies, they look pretty cool. You could also opt for the smaller endler livebearers, then you could also add females.
If you're not into guppies any small tetra should be fine. I like black neons.
