Fluval Flex 15 media basket issue

Hello! I have a fluval flex 15. I recently ordered the inTank media basket. It doesn’t fit. I am at loss and feel like I’m missing something super obvious. Anyone want to take pity on me and check this out?

Im fairly sure I ordered the right basket. It looks like it should. Plus it said it was for the flex 15.

When I slide it in the chamber, the piece in the chamber that there is a cutout for seems to be higher than the cutout. So it stops it from going flush into the chamber and it sticks out the top.

See photos. I looked at searches and I am putting it in the right direction so far as I can tell. Plus it won’t fit any other way anyhow.

So confused and annoyed haha. Help?

Good grief figured it out. These things really need to come with instructions if they want you to remove a piece on the tank before it fits lol

Which media basket did you get? The ones ive looked at had very good installation videos on the youtube channel.

I finally found my way to the install info for the smaller version of my tank (the 9. I have the flex 15) and found the issue!
