Freezing brine shrimp

I started hatching my own brine shrimp... Everyone said I'd have no luck actually raising them, but so far there all growing good. Supposedly adults have no nutritional value for fry or adult fish.. Number one is this actually true? Number two to freeze them could I just suck them up, put them in a gum pack (nice small cubes), and then freeze them? Or is there more to it? I'd rather freeze a whole bunch then constantly having a hatchery going...
