Golden Malawi

I have a question. what other fish can go in a tank with it that wont have a conflict? Thanks.

IME there will always be the "hustle and bustle" and occasional lip locking and minor confilts and skirmishes in a Malawi tank.

1. Have a high enough stocking level to ensure agression is spread.
2. Have a good tank boss, usually a large male which keeps to him self and will break up other fights. He does this to show that he is boss, the alpha male
3. Have similar sized cichlids.

If your "golden malawi" is a M. sp 'zebra gold' Malawi Dream - Maylandia sp. "zebra gold" and your lank is large enough I would add maingano, fuelleborni, flavus etc that are more rambunctios. I'd have male to female ratios of 1:3 if possible.
