good or bad algae ??

Red macro algae, probably some type of rhodophyta. If you have any tangs, they will probably eat it. If not, just keep it pruned if it starts to grow out of control.

Check, Predaea weldii or Halymenia sp. That's about as close as I can come to a good guess.....
