Will a dwarf gourami get along with bristlenose plecos, tetras, rasboras, Cory catfish and whiptail catfish?
 
In theory, yes. However, those guys have been bred for their looks, not their manners. I had one that was nice but fragile and he didn't last long. His replacement was MEAN even though they were the same type/color and given identical company. I'm in no hurry to get another.
 
Yes, he should be just fine with that stocking. I have one in my tank and he is the MODEL citizen. Behaves more than any of my other fish.
 
My dwarf does not bother any of my other fish.

I have bolivian rams, peacock gudgeons, serpae tetras, white clouds and panda cories.

He does keep the alpha male tetra in check though. If the tetra gets nippy with other fish the gourami will chase him.
 
Yes. All dwarf gourami's that I've had are peaceful. 3 spot/opaline gourami's are the only ones I've had to deal with aggression.
