Green Bugs on Frogbit!

I just noticed I have these bugs or insects on my frogbits, are these normal or should I do something to remove them?

i found the name of the fly and searched and its normal

Normal under what circumstance ?

Alligators and spiders are a "normal" part of earth's life forms. That does not mean you want them in your house etc.
