I'm trying to figure out what this coral is that i found on my new LR. Sorry i don't have a picture, but I'll do my best to discribe this:

I bumped the rock around before i discovered the coral, and when i saw it, it looked like 7 or 8 little bluey-green fingers with tiny holes in the end of each.
They all sprout from a common base.
I left them alone for a while and found the little holes had turned inside out and they were like little flowers, the rim of the flower looks like it's glowing in the light.

Any ideas? Right now it's about the diameter of a quarter.

i searched Palythoa and i think you're right. its really similar anyways, maybe mine is just a baby version. I really hope it survives cycling my tank!

I just discovered a star fish in there too!! its green and stocky with 7 legs
