Growth on molly

Hi there I have a marble male Molly which I have had for about a year, I've recently noticed he has an odd growth, or bump at the very front of his top fin, does anyone have any idea what it could be?





He is feeding fine, and apart from seeming a little under the weather is ok.

Parameters are ammonia 0 nitrite 0 nitrate 5 ph 7.5

I can't make out the bump, but he looks OK to me.
