guppies and tetras in 30g

Hi,
I have a well planted 30g cycled fish tank with 2 air filtration systems and a 500L external canister filter. I was wondering if my take could take 25 guppies and 30 neon tetras.

I would do 8 neons, a bottom feeder school of Cory cats, a bristlenose pleco for algae, and guppies. Either 8-10 males or 2 males the rest female, that is if you want to breed

Now if you wanted an alternative go with 8 rummynoses as they are a way better schooling fish
