I have 1 Female Guppy and 4 Males in the tank. The other males are constantly around the female but it doesn't look to be hostile since she is always near the top or swimming around for food. I feed them twice a day and they usually finish everything up pretty quick so I'm not sure if she's overfed or pregnant. I'm also attempting to do a fish-in cycle at the moment.

She looks gravid (The technical term when referring to fish) to me. Has that black stripe/spot always been there or has it appeared fairly recently?

I would still say she is gravid. The black spot seems to have grown in the second picture. Btw, I love the diver decoration!
