Guppy tumour or blockage?

right so i look in my brothers tank to check for any willing fry donators (lol) and see the last birther kinda thin but normal looking. she turns around and it looks like she has something round lodged in the side of her stomach. its like she ate a large round pellet and it fell out of the digestive tract and is stuck pushing out of the side of her tum.
thats how i can describe it, pics arent poss as i cant upload them. i dont feed them pellets btw, i just have no idea what this is!!
im worried about her. her fry are stunners and she is the prettiest of all the guppies, plus iv trained her a bit please help anyone x

I'm sorry I ddnt see this post sooner. =\ I'm sure its too late but could it possibly be nodular disease?
