I finally have cycled my tank. My ammonia is 0, nitrites are 0 and nitrates are between 20 and 40.

I was so concerned with water changing and testing my water during my nitrite spike that I must have failed to notice a few things regarding my fish.
My two yellow lyre tail mollies... One I noticed has the top fin extension missing. Plus both have some small little black specks around the base of the tail. No real rhyme or reason to the dots and no where else on the body. I am unsure if this is just coloration or from the nitrite spike. Plus they both look pregnant.
My peppered cories have like a blueish green tint to their scales too. Not sure if this is normal and I've just never seen it before but this is the first I've noticed. I've attached pictures. And the thing on my plant. I don't know what that is but I just noticed it today. Could just be bubbles from the flow of the filter since this plant is right in the flow but it looks weird to me. I think those are all my concerns right now. None of the fish are acting stressed, just some things I've noticed that I'm not too sure are normal since I'm new to this hobby.
Thanks all!!

How did you get on here? Was everything going ok. Mainly as long as everything looks the same as the previous day than I'm happy.
