Hello fish lovers

My name is Courtney, and I'm very new to the fish aquarium life. I want to make sure that any animal under my care has the best life possible. I had fish when I was young, however I was not the primary caregiver. I'd like to know the best way to care for my fish and offer them the best life. I have a 15 gallon tank, and so far I have two African dwarf frogs and one male black copper beta. The betta isn't doing so good but I have posted a separate forum about that.
