Help! A bubble on my fish's eye

If it looks like a small (1/8" or so) cloudy bump on the fishes eye this is usally a parasite. Depending on the type of parasite a freshwater dip usually kills them but can be stressful on the fish. If you have a QT there are some medications that may be able to get rid of it as well. Also, if it is a parasite there is probably many more then just the one you have noticed so keep an eye out on all your fish.
 
I'd say your fish has what is called popeye. I had an anthia with popeye once. He got it because he was being bullied. It came and went for quite awhile until he finally got left alone.. His eye was never the same but he lived just fine after that. Popeye can be caused from a number of other things as well. I am no expert on the subject but you can google popeye in saltwater fish and find out a lot. I dont think it is contagious so the rest of your fish should be fine.
