help!!! cory sick!!!!

one of my corys is sitting beside the heater laying there(he was that way last night too).he's breathing really fast and i dont know what to do. this happened after my filter threw out a bunch of gunk after i cleaned the tank. my other cories look perfectly fine. what can i do?

I'd suggest a salt bath for about 15 minutes or so, but wait for others to reply or do a google search on him and the symptoms to be sure..

I had one of my fantails get really lethargic one morning, while everyone else looked/acted normal. I took about a gallon or so of tank water, put it in a tub, salted it (made sure it was completely dissolved) then put him in for 15-20 minutes, acclimated him back to the tank and he's been great every since.

Gotcha. I'd still suggest you google the symptoms and see what pops up, you don't want to wait too long. I hope he gets better soon.

ok so actually he was just hiding bc i turned on the light but all of my cories were breathing fast so i added a bubbler.
