My orange molly has become very lethargic and sits at the bottom of the tank in the plants all day long. She has bee doing this for the past week.
She had a brood of about 30 fry around 2 and a half months ago, but that time she was quite active until a day or 2 before I came home from work and found all the babies.
You will probably notice I have loads of guppy fry in my tank as well. None of my fish eat the babies, so I usually make a monthly visit to the pet shop with all the guppy fry. Have been too busy at work to be able to do that at the moment.
My dwarf guarami passed away about a month ago quite suddenly, so really worried she might be ill.
All other fish seem happy.
I have checked the water parameters and levels for ammonia, nitrate, nitrite are all in order.
Any suggestions??? Dont want to start dosing meds without knowing what I may be dealing with.
