Help my oranda sick

Wake up this morning and my oranda was upset down on the bottom of the tank. I've taken her out and put her in a bowl with some disease free from gold she the right way up now but still drowsy. I dnt want her to die I've had her from little help me. ??

Hi Naomi! Can you provide us with some more specific information so that we can better help you? Tank size? Stocking? Exact parameters for ammonia, nitrite, nitrate and ph? Water change schedule? Have you added any new fish recently? Does your fish have any other symptoms besides being upside down (lack of appetite, strange waste, odd behaviors such as gasping/flashing/piping, any redness or veining/spots/sores, etc)? Thanks
