Help possible parasite ID

I have noticed a couple of these creatures in my tank, they look kind of like potato bugs except clear with big black eyes. I recently bought a couple of snowflake clowns, and noticed the bug was hanging on to the clowns pectoral (I think) fin, and instead of being clear it appeared to be a little dark in the middle, like it was draining the clowns blood. If anyone could help I'd really appreciate it. I thought these things were just pods and a good thing now I'm not so sure.

Upon further investigation I've found out what this thing is. It is a Cirolanid Isopod. Anyone with experience with this type issue's comments would be appreciated.

Are you sure? From reading about them it doesn't appear to be good.

I know I've seen a bunch of tiny tiny critters and I've identified them as copepods.
