Help wats wrong with my axie?

This Is my axie I have had him over 2 months all had been fine and all of a sudden I looked at him
Today and he looks like this!!! What's wrong with him?

What temp is the water at? They need pretty cold water when they get sick you can put them in a container wrap it up with a tea towel and put it in the fridge do 100% water change everyday
