Help!!!! What's growing on my anubias rhizome!?

I just noticed this tonight!! Will it hurt my betta or frog? This is just a nano tank and the frog kicks up the plants plus the betta loves when I float plants so I have two
Anubias I've been floating for him and they both have this now! The pictures are the same plant at slightly different angles
