I currently have a 29g FOWLR that i've had for about 6 or 7 months now. I was just given a 60g tank and stand for free 
. I have the equipment necessary for the move over to a bigger tank, but am not knowledgable about the move. Can I still use my live rock sand and water from the old tank? I am getting sea water from the local fish store which is the same water I use for my tank. Will the salinity be thrown off? Maybe some advice on concerns I may not be thinking of. Thanks
