Help with ph readings

Hello everyone. Up to this point ive had a ph around 7.4 which ive slpwly been lowering to a 7.0. Unfortuonetly last night i got these readings and im not sure what to make of them. Any help would be really appreciated thanks in advance. Here some test pictures.

Im using ph down from api. And im lowering because for my population of fish a ph of 7 is optimal
 
There is absolutely nothing wrong with a pH of 7.4. Your fish will be perfectly fine.

Using additives to adjust the pH is a slippery slope that WILL lead to major issues. The best thing you can do is keep the pH consistent and stable. Unless you are a serious breeder their is no reason to mess with the pH unless it is off the scale.
