Help with sump and system ideas

I have my system (consisting of 13 ten gallon tanks and two 65g tanks) that will drain into this sump and i have a water pump (rio 2500 smaller than wht i need but does an ok job) thay will pump water back into my fill to fill the tanks. All tanks are drilled and will continuously drain as and fill. Dont know wht to do. All ive gt is an emperor 400 attatched on it but i know i need a lot more. Any idea? Im still a rookie at systems and sumps. Any help would be great!!

I'm confused as to what exactly you need help with... Are you asking what to put in your sump?

Yes, at this time, all that happens is the water gets pumped out into the systems, overflows out of my tanks, and drains back into the sump. All i have is a emperor hangin off of the sump, and a couple fish to cycle the water which i know is not enough filtration. Im asking what else should i do to help with filtration
