I Had mineral oil in my bubble counter, well it got turned upside down and the oil went into my aquarium. Is this bad what can I do

I don't know whether or not mineral oil is harmful to fish.

That said, it should float on the surface of the water.

I have no experience with this, but were it to have happened to my tank I might try turning off the filter, airstones, anything that causes ripples in the surface, once the surface has calmed, it might be possible to remove the oil by absorbing it with a paper towel or physically removing it with a cup.
