How do i know if my current it too strong?

I just put in two power heads in my 75 gallon. Now I actually have a real current like I never had before. Some of the fish just seem to be "struggling" as they push forward. It doesn't look horrible though. I mean there are a few calm spots... I just want to make sure it's okay for the water to be like this for the fish.

Also another question. I just put up a new aqueon 55/75 filter next to my aquaclear 110 and the outtake of the aqueon is much stronger then the aquaclear,. It pushes the water down so my fish really struggle when swimming around that. Any way to make it calmer? Thanks guys!
