How many angelfish in a 20 gallon?

I believe that the minimum for angelfish is a 29 gallon, preferably more. They get to be 6 inches tall so they definitely need a lot of room.
Just to give you an idea why it's too small.... I have 14 angels I got less than a year ago, they had dime size bodies, very small. Now roughly 10 months later many of them have bodies the size of or bigger than a silver dollar. Now add fins and you get the picture. A 30 gallon is the smallest I would put an angel in.
