how many guppies in 10 gallon? 5 gallon?

I have a 10 gallon fish tank, it’s been up for about a year, it holds 8 neon tetras. I want to add a few beautiful guppies into that 10 gallon, so i wanna know how many i can add. If there’s too many fish in the 10 gallon i have 2 five gallons and i could put tetras in there. the 5 gallons both hold a betta. OR i could move a betta in with the tetras and if so how many in a 5 gallon alone ?

Hello fresh...

You're talking about beautiful Guppies. So, that eliminates females. Male Guppies are very small and I've kept roughly 30 in a 20 G tank at a time, when I was breeding the fish So if you have 10 or so in with just a few other small, compatible fish and keep the tank water clean with a large water change every few days. I think that could work.
