4 neon
4 mollies
2 swords
4 guppies
4 platties

I want to put
2 more corries
2 more swords
4 more neons
4 more guppies

is that too much?

That would be fine. You have plenty of room.

I would think you would be fine also. Only thing I would worry about is your livebearers filling the tank up. With a community that size the fry might not make it so that should help keep your populations in check.
