How much flow for my 55?

I had a 46 bow that i had a hydor 1150 and 850 do you think this is enough flow for a 55 i got a few zoas and sps and lps and fish is this enough flow?

Little low for some sps but fine for softies and lps

Depends how you oriented the powerheads... Probably most corals will fit with thoses powerheads.

It is close for enough for SPS in a 55. I had a ton of powerheads in my 55, including several 1150's and others. It would be better with 2 1150. I know I had so many powerheads I had to upgrade to 2 MP40's as they were taking up so much space.

What setting Sniper for the 2? I'm picking up a second mp10 for my 40 gallon and was wondering the best mode? Was considering anti-sync reef crest (if that is such a thing lol)?
