Just started up a 6 gallon tank a month ago. It's going well now after a few rounds of advice from AA. Just remembered tho, that I followed the advice of the lfs, and used one bag of gravel (5-6 lbs I think), although I believe the guideline on the bag of gravel said 1.5 lbs per gallon tank capacity. The one bag covered the bottom about 1" deep. Should I add more gravel?

not really needed, but you may like the look of a little deeper substrate. Most labels tell you you need more than you really do. It's a way for them to sell more products, mostly chemicals...Be sure to rinse any new gravel REALLY well and even rinse it with tank water you remove during a pwc. Use a bowl to add the new gravel so as not to have disturb anything too much...
