The Prime webpage says that the product is a mixture of hydrosulfite salts. It's the sulfur in the product that makes it smell bad. Fortunately, the stuff is very water soluble. I would treat this like a pet urine stain. I'd suggest wetting the area with cold water and blotting dry with a towel. Do that a couple of times and then try a cleaning product like Febreze or Carpet Fresh to neutralize the odor. HTH

when we do carpets on some of the jobs I go on, the guys that do it use this foaming stuff that can literally lift the stain and odr right up oout of the carpet in 45 seconds flat. it does some kind of chemical reaction when you mix the two parts together and it heats up. I'll find out the name tommorow and reply on here.
