I found this creature in my tank please help id

So today as i was looking at my tank i saw him and with some luck and my Turkey b i got him dose anyone know what this is, and what i should do

That looks like either a pistol or mantis shrimp to me. A pistol isn't a big deal but a mantis can be very aggressive. Try googling both of those and see what matches.

Hate say it but it looks like a mantis. Good news is most LFS will buy them, some people really like them in species only tanks.

most LFS will only buy species that are pretty enough to grow out and resell. This guy looks ugly though. lol

I would just freeze him then dispose of him.
