Looks like a snake zoa. I had a few hitch hike in on my LR and once they got some light they colored up nicely. They are harmless and from my experience are nocturnal so check them at night and they should be open.

I have them floating around in my tank till they reattach , hermits knock them off mine all the time now there everywhere
