Neon tetras are egg scatterers and without special attention and isolation then the eggs probably would not survive. They are quite hard to condition to lay eggs so if you haven't been trying it is unlikely that is the problem, but not impossible. If you are worried your fish are bloated give them a day or two of fasting and don't feed. If you are still worried you can feed them things liked boiled peas which helps their digestion. Hope this helps!
