Ich or not ich?

Hey guys, my six line wrasse seems to have white spots on the very ends of his fins, but nowhere else on his body and none of the other tank inhabitants look infected.

Sorry if it's hard to see it, it's mostly clear on his tail fin here.

Any chance its just sand after their weird sleeping habits (mucous cocoon and burying)?

Yeah.. I've been fooled by grains of sand much more often than I'd like to admit...

May sound cruel but try to spook the fish and make it dart away to see if the "Ich" falls off (if it hasn't already).
