ICH

Hey there everyone. I was wondering if my pictus catfish has ICH. The water parameters at the moment are 0 ammonia 0 nitrite and less than 3 nitrate. The temperature is 75 F and my tank is 36 inches wide and 17 inches deepand 13 inches tall. The last time I changed waters was a week ago and he is in a tank with another pictus and 2 angels. He arrived a week ago and he was acclimated to the temperature while he was still in the bag. He's been recently eating a mixture of sinking shrimp pellets and blood worms. I have attached pictures and would like to know how to treat it if it is indeed ICH.

I would use heat to treat
