ICK again

ok, lots of post on here with lots of advice however, i am not to sure what to do.. in my FOWLR tank (90 gal) i have ick on both of my puffers after commng back from my road trip. I thought it may of cleared up on its own (or was hoping it was not really ick) but its back and i dont have a LFS nearby all my items come from offline. question i am trying to get answered is what medicine would you recommed i use. Copper isnt a choice. Please help i dont want my fish to suffer much longer...

You`ll need to QT your fish and treat with hypo and let your main go fallow for 8 weeks.
