This look like Ick? I just noticed it when I got home from work. He is rubbing his face on rocks. The other fish seem to be doing fine.

It looks like ich to me but its hard to tell by the luv. I would suggest ich attack by kordon if its ich. It's reef safe and natural ingredients. I treated for a pretty severe case and it worked wonders.

Another. On the Acei top lip.

Oops forgot pic. He was freaking out and moving his mouth fast. I kinda thought it may have been a battle scar from the alpha male but Idk.

Here are more pics from last night. I woke up this morning and the spot was fine. If it was ick would it visually clear overnight? My water is always pristine and my temp is 82. I feed nls thera a. It is still being kind of reclusive but it may be bc it is the second biggest Acei in the tank. Appetite seems fine still and he comes out when I approach the tank. The spot seemed to be bigger than the pics i see online so idk. More opinions please. I need to know if I should start the heat / salt treatment.

Doesn't seem like it's ich... if it was it would look more like salt grains on the skin ... that looks more like a patch. Could've injured itself on some decor? I've had a couple of my Barbs with small white patches that went away in a day or two.

Another possibility is a fungus?
