Ive now identified all my fishes gender except the Bala shark and the Pictus Catfish, i cannot find any information on either of how to identify their gender. Can anyone help?? TY :p

Bala sharks and Pictus cats are impossible to sex visually; they don't have any external signs. Just like angelfish; had no idea what my guys were till 2 of em decided to mate; still dunno what the other 4 are!

As for balas, its doesn't particularily matter as my last bout of research seemed to suggest they've never been, or have only very rarely been, bred in captivity.

Check over at planetcatfish.com in the cat e-log. That should tell you anything you need to know about either species.
