impending doom? IS my tank possibly ready to break?

So I noticed this air bubble about 8 inches down on the right side seem of my tank. It wasn't there a few days ago. Is this a sign that the seem is ready to break?

Kind of scary - never seen that happen before. Seems like chances of complete failure would be low, but certainly it could propagate and spring a leak at any time I would think.

I would mark of with a sharpie to note how long and wide it is. If it starts getting bigger in anyway then I would tear it down and try to fix it.
