I Was wondering if the coralife aqua light dual t5 fixture and lamp is a good lighting system for medium light plants in a 25 gallon aquarium.

Sounds like a good light. You would indeed get medium-high light with it.

I used to have that exact light. I think the bulbs were each 12w. One was a 6,700k bulb, and the other was a pink "colormax" bulb, which is absolutely worthless. I would just get a better light strip for that tank.

No, I suggest a T5HO fixture. LEDs usually can't grow plants well.

Maybe. My experience with LEDs is that they can keep plants alive, but not really grow.

I don't think so, but it depends on the wattage of the LEDs and the color temp.

The only additional information that link provides is how bright the blue moonlight is, which doesn't help your plants. It is 24 single watt LEDs. I would get a T5HO, T5NO, and or stick to the T8s.
